I wish you success with your billboards!

I spent some time yesterday with some older women (late sixties, early seventies) and the look of shock and horror on their faces when I mentioned I was supporting RFK, Jr. was something to behold. They all listen to NPR, are unfamiliar with podcasts, and I am guessing have never heard of Substack. Not only are outlets like NPR and MSNBC telling them what the "truth" is, but they are reinforcing that anyone who disbelieves that "truth" is dangerous and/or a conspiracy theorist.

I'm unsure why some of my colleagues seem to be worried about getting people to trust the "experts" and mainstream media sources again-- from what I can tell at least 80% of the public, if not more, believes everything the MSM feeds them and are terrified of alternative sources.

Encountering this same phenomenon in allegedly "freethinking" sources and spaces-- which often are just "anti-woke" and nothing more-- is especially disappointing.
